Why Our Toddler Program Ends at Age 4:
Our toddler program is designed for children aged 24 to 35 months at the time of enrollment. We do not provide care beyond a child’s 4th birthday, as local programs offered by Sisters Parks and Recreation District and Sisters School District accommodate children who are potty-trained and aged 3 to 5 years old.
However, during Sisters School District Summer Break closure we offer summer care for children up to 5 years old to support families. This approach helps us avoid overlap with existing services while remaining compliant with our NeighborImpact Child Care Expansion Grant, which focuses on serving children from newborn to under 3 years of age.

Before & After Care Options
Early Drop Off: 7:30-8am: $7/day
After Care: 4-5:30pm: $10.50/day
Organic morning snacks are included and made fresh daily.
Program Deposit: 1 months tuition
Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Siblings receive a 5% discount on the tuition of the older child.
Referrals leading to enrollment of 1 year or more receive a $200 tuition discount for referring families.
Rates include 8 hours per day from 8 AM until 4 PM and are calculated to incorporate scheduled closures. See the SBCCC Calendar for details.
Tuition rates are subject to increase in August starting in 2025 based on the consumer price index increase.
Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.95 % processing fee from Brightwheel. ACH is subject to a 0.6% fee.
Brightwheel fees are not included in SBCCC tuition rates.
All payments are made through Brightwheel.
