Staff Qualifications and Training

Our staff members are carefully selected for their expertise, experience, and dedication to early childhood education. They hold relevant qualifications, including certifications in early childhood education, first aid, and CPR.

Our team undergoes ongoing professional development to ensure they stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field.

We believe in a low staff-to-child ratio, allowing for individualized attention and quality care. As a startup, we anticipate turnover. However, the director April Farmer MAT; curriculum consultant, Cecelia McClellan, ANSWA Waldorf Certified Teacher Trainer and child development specialist; and Eugenia Grimalt, Pediatric Physical Therapist, are permanent team members and ensure that new staff members have a seamless transition.

Our Center - Welcoming, Safe, & Inclusive

Our child care center is designed with the well-being and safety of children in mind. We maintain a clean, inviting, and child-friendly environment that supports active exploration, learning, and play.

Our indoor and outdoor spaces are equipped with developmentally appropriate materials, toys, and equipment.

We follow strict safety protocols, including regular inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness measures. Security measures, such as controlled access, coded doors, camera surveillance, and child sign-in and sign-out procedures, ensure a secure environment for all children and staff.
